Move or Climb?

Okay, I have to admit I had a bit less inspiration than usual this week. But I was thinking about how God can move mountains for us, but sometimes we have to climb before we really know what God can bring us through. This time, not one, but two songs come to mind: "Mountain Moving Faith" by 11th Hour, and "You're About to Climb" by The Collingsworth Family. Sometimes, faith is believing that God can move mountains; sometimes it's knowing he'll give us the strength to make it through our toughest days. I've heard some doctrines that seemed to border on "If you let anything bad happen to you, you don't have enough faith or aren't taking full advantage of God's promises for your life." I don't necessarily agree with that, because while I know that it wasn't necessarily God's will for us to go through trials, they really only make us stronger in the end. So, how do you know whether you're supposed to move or climb that mountain you're facing? The answer is trusting God. It might seem like the answers will never come, but that's okay. Just keep holding on.
